Jess, Yasmin & Karis were amazing! They were attentive, welcoming and always ensuring everyone was having a great time (both young and older). They went over and above! Amazing crew! Definitely coming back again. They made sure it was the best bday ever!

Booked for our works day out. A brilliant time had by all. What a laugh! Great facilities, fantastic staff, especially Yasmin who was great at explaining what we had to do and keeping us right. Would definitely recommend and will definitely book again.

A fun little venue for all ages old and young!
Was absolutely great apart from two small things. Every game without fail one of the packs in our group would fail or malfunction momentarily which would put you out of the game for a few moments and the boy doing the briefing could put in a little more effort, I do appreciate that he does the same talk countless times a day but he just didn't want to be there.
Other than that, the whole group had a fantastic time and would definitely visit again!

Have been here with the kids a couple of times now using the Groupon deal, 2 games for 4 people. The kids and I thoroughly enjoyed it, it's 20 mins per game, first game is a free fall all where it's every man for themselves and second game is a team game where you are split into red and green teams. Both times two of us were on the red and two in green which made it fun. The staff are great and very helpful, my nephew wanted his scores printed out so he could keep them and it wasn't a problem. Definitely recommend that you try this place it's lots of fun!

Great party on the hottest day of the year, 19/7! Had my sons 8th party here this evening and the staff were commendable especially Danny, i think this was his name or possibly Freddie( tall , curly hair, glasses) . Every thing i asked of him he did and treated us superbly. He deserves a pay rise xx

Fantastic place for family fun. We’ve been there several times: from birthday celebrations to random evenings and everyone enjoyed it kids and adults. Very helpful staff, clean areas… highly recommended.

I just wanted to leave a review to thank the team at laser quest for going over and above to save the day when my sons birthday night at another nearby attraction was cancelled due to a technical fault when we arrived.
With 8 very disappointed boys and a heartbroken birthday boy, we popped into laser quest to see if they could help.
Despite being absolutely rammed with a birthday party and kids football team, the team squeezed us in, in between other customers games.
The boys had a blast and left with huge smiles on their faces. Thanks so much to the young girl on the desk who helped squeeze us in and a big thanks to Ryan who had great banter with the boys and made it such an enjoyable experience. Great customer service and look forward to coming back soon!
