The staff are friendly and take the time to chat while your order is being prepared which adds a nice human touch.
As with many pret stores the food is on point, fresh and very tasty.
The coffee is always prepared to a very good standard, the flat white being my own favourite. I find the price easier to justify compared to other franchises who go for volume of drink rather than quality.
Plenty of seats for the volume of people visiting, the space has a nice feel for who want to chat or for those staying to get some work done while refueling.
