The Douglas Arms is a welcoming spot in Bothwell with friendly staff, well-poured pints, and a lively atmosphere. Perfect for a casual drink or a fun weekend evening.
I visited the town of Bothwell because my last name is the same, and after seeing "my" castle I had a few pints at Douglas Arms and it was very cool. I hung out with some local gents and the place is just perfect! Thank you so much for the very welcome time boys (and Maam-bartender), I will return!
The smell of hash from smokers is horrible but staff are great. Why why why spoil tbe ar with smell of hash
Lyndsays service was top notch and her tshirt collection is out there, highly recommend
We moved to Bothwell about 9 months ago and have tried the 3 pubs in the area.
The Douglas arms wins.............its small but the staff and patrons are friendly, coupled with decent drink promotions means its a winner for us.

Am excellent run pub since Greg and Tammilee took it over. They have made such a difference introducing DJ karaoke nights, live music, a pub quiz, and monthly bingo. The Douglas Arns is back to being the heart of the community where it belongs. There are also new people frequenting the pub which is great. This is my favourite pub.
