Nuudel

We went starving hungry looking for a place to eat. We found it and it looked good. One of my kids got salt and pepper chicken. It was very good and was the right amount of spice for my kids. The rest of us got noodles. They had a good range of noodles with a system that lets you pick type of noodles, the type of broth and then the protein. The waiter was very kind and the food came fast. We ordered mochi for pudding (a Japanese pudding with a sticky rice shell filled with sauce or ice cream). The mochi was amazing and they were finished quickly. We loved them. Overall this was one of my favourite restaurants I’ve ever eaten at. Big thanks to all the staff.

This restaurant is a new gem in Glasgow for Asian Fusion food. Outstanding food with consistency in flavour, portion and presentation no matter if it’s not your first time there. Outstanding customer service and a small cozy place + great beers and bubble tea. Their ramen with fusion curry broth can easily be a winner compare with other famous Asian restaurants in the area.

Great food and reasonably priced. I like that you can "customise" the meal there, choosing your own type of noodle, own broth and meat. Food wise, it has a perfect balance of flavour, tastes quite natural, not artificial, which makes it sooo yummy. Added that the restaurant has a nice atmosphere, which makes it so relaxing. Can tell the owners put alot of thought into the food and the atmosphere. Its quite easy to find, not far away from Mitchel Library. Pleasant staff too! :)

Beautifully presented food and reasonable prices. Veggie friendly. Diverse menu featuring “iconic” east and south east Asian starters and mains e.g. mie goreng, ramen, hokkien mee, sushi, rice bowls and even bubble tea to suit all tastes. You can mix noodles type/broth/protein/veggie option. Really warm service. A hidden gem!
