In at extremely busy time in bus station. I see you have separate queues in here. Please arrange to put BIG sign up over advising of this, poor staff are consistently having to shout out to folk to "join a separate Q / individual Q's". Please organise this to assist your staff at this branch.
The temperature was passable, with the drink really just being on the high end of warm. The consistency was decent, no glaring chunks or granules in the drink. The richness was mediocre and overall chocolatiness was poor, so 3/10

Fantastic. Great vegan sausage rolls. People complaining about pigeons here are crazy
everything being served coming out the heat cabinet (sausage rolls, slices etc ) are stone cold nearly. would be lovely else. The floors, window ledges and windows are filthy like they’ve not been cleaned in ages.
