We ordered a take away which took almost 2 hours to arrive. The ice cream ( a raspberry whippy) arrived melted and the cakesicle gave us a little giggle as there was hardly any cake in it. As a baker myself, that’s not how I know cakesicles …
Is it possible to wait longer for dessert than for a Christmas turkey? Apparently, yes! Over 3 hours of waiting, no communication, and the phone seems to be just a decoration. A complete mockery of the customer – instead of the sweet taste of gelato, you're left with nothing but the bitter taste of disappointment.
Great food choices and always good service.
