Joined a group of friends here for breakfast, to celebrate a birthday. There were 20 of us and we were seated outside on the terrace. It was a very relaxed atmosphere, dispite all the necessary precautions in place for Covid. There is a good variety of options on the breakfast menu and both vegetarian and vegan are available. Service was a little slow, perhaps they had reduced staffing, but it was worth the wait. Food extremely tasty, good quality we would definitely return as a couple.

So happy that brewers fayre was really busy otherwise we would not have come here. A bit more expensive but the bocaburger I had was superb, my wife had the same and she was also impressed. Great service, good location and also great food. Very highly recommended.

Unusual venue location. But do not be put off as in a derelect area among old warehouses. The food and service was very good, the main courses such as the fish stew my wife had was excellent as was my steak . The prices were reasonable. Worth a visit. If we lived in the area it would be a regular venue. The atmosphere was fine and the background music was modern jazz and trendy music.

The food at this restaurant is superb. They catered for my Vegan diet. There were plenty of Vegan and Vegetarian choices. All food is sourced locally. There is a fabulous bar, with bespoke find etc. There cocktails are the best. Ask for an Espresso Martini. It's the best one you'll ever have. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I can't wait to go back.

We visited on a Sunday morning for breakfast, and were overall very pleased with Bocabar. The setting is trendy, especially given the surrounding area, with an assortment of chairs (sometimes a bit uncomfortable) and tables from various places, and exposed brick and wood throughout. The lounge area has more comfortable seating away from the restaurant. The kitchen places an emphasis on sourcing locally, showing off many items grown or made within 15 miles, from sausages to beer and gin. Aside from it being ethically sourced, it tastes delicious, and overall it is clear they care about the food from farm to table. The avocado on toast was creamy with just the right amount of kick from the chili, and the full English, in pare the sausages was also enjoyed by our table. Aside from the breakfast, Bocabar deserves more than one visit, thanks to their extensive drinks menu. Fashionably, they have a long and detailed gin menu, but also a range of classic and modern cocktails, and I have failed to find a bad one yet. Bocabar is perfect for any meal, or even just for the bar, and is a highlight of the local area, thanks to the ethical sourcing, and good food and drink.

Lovely restaurant, different to any other in the area, really. Diverts from the most typical pub dishes, and reinvents some others. Great and original cookery, always a pleasure to eat at Bocabar! All local produce, great beers and very welcoming staff. Have been here a few times and I don't plan to stop!

A quirky little building, Excellent customer service, staff were knowledgeable about the menu, the food was good, only problem was the green stuff on my plate (I don't know what it was, some kind of pesto) although it tasted nice it over powered the whole dish. 2 adults 1 child, 2 courses each and a couple of drinks each came £100. We all liked it and we will be returning. Overall a very enjoyable evening.
