Stopped by here during our 9 hour drive to Aberdeen from Somerset. Our luck was looking up when they opened literally as we pulled in. Service was excellent and very friendly, good coffee and the most sublime flapjack and rocky road. Was only a quick stop but whatever was cooking in the kitchen smelt delicious and tempted us to stay. Recommended.

A real gem! A wonderful coffee house serving fantastic coffee by lovely helpful staff. We have missed the slip road off the main road several times but this time we "got there" and it really was worth it. We will most certainly be back the next time we are heading north.

The wife found this Café online, of what I can only say is a little gem by the roadside. It’s clean, bright and welcoming. As soon as we walked in (party of 5) we were met by smiles. We sat down and were told that they would be over in a minute. Considering there was only 3 people working, the café was busy, you would not have noticed any delay in drinks or your food arriving at the table. The service was very quick, from ordering to sat in front of us. The bread was fresh, fillings tasted great, toastie was just right. The whole lunch was finished off with a scone & jam, which were warm and tasted fantastic. My father even took 2 home for later. Cost was less than expected, but well worth the service and portion size. Apparently If you phone a minimum of 24 hours in advance, you can have “Afternoon Tea”. With a selection of sandwiches, homemade cakes and a selection of homemade jams. This is what will bring the wife and myself back, to sample the Afternoon Tea. If you have someone in your party that requires wheelchair access, this will not be a problem here. There is plenty of space around the tables, and the tables are high enough not to be a hinderance. I didn’t use the bathroom facilities, but my wife believes that a wheelchair would fit. Will we be back, most definitely Afternoon tea here we come!!

1st time there today, won't be the last time we go - exceptional experience including the food, atmosphere and super friendly staff (young girl of 15 served us, it was her 1st day and she was amazing, her parents should be proud of her) Avocado, bacon and chicken ciabatta is the one to go for, absolutely delicious 😋

Nice cakes and a well stuffed bacon roll! We rocked up in a party of 12, and the polite, young staff managed to get our orders out to us in no time.

Convenient for A90. Charming place playing 1930s music. Very good value. Relaxing and just a nice contrast to usual service station fare on long road trips.

A really nice & friendly café with excellent toasted panini & delicious home-made cake. *So* glad we found this! Relaxing atmosphere thanks to the Olde Timely / Fallout music, not your typical café soundtrack and very welcome. Indoor & outdoor tables available with wheelchair access.
