Tim Hortons

This is a convenient location to pick up a coffee or a snack. The restaurant is quite large, despite being a drive through. You can use the self service kiosks or go to the till to order. Staff also serve the drive through. I used the kiosk and it was straightforward to use. My drink was served within 5 minutes and I found a seat easily. In the past the tables have been dirty more often than not, but on this occasion it was clean. There are toilets available if required, and a range of armchair or table and chair style seating.

Regular Visitor to Tim Hortons Glengormley and I'm always greeted by a friendly happy smiling member of staff some of which already know my order. There is a great range of fresh coffee and treats on display in what is a bright spacious building. There are plenty of seats and tables available and cleaned to a high standard. Well done to the team of staff involved.

I am extremely shocked by the quality of service at this place. Amazing team, great people. They always greet me with a smile; they recognize me by my voice when I order coffee at the drive-thru. I always come back with an amazing smile. I love these people. The manager manages the whole team amazingly; you can see they respect each other, and it's visible that it's a pleasure to work for them in this place. I can confidently say that this is the best place in the whole of Belfast, and they represent the best quality of service and customer approach. The food and coffee are always very fresh and tasty.
