Amazing Thai food and great hospitality. We absolutely loved our dinner here. We are both vegan and were fully catered for - sweetcorn fritters, kale (from the garden) tempura, green curry with tofu, cashew tofu stir fry. Absolutely delicious. All the staff are super friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much

The Croft Inn is a superb Thai restaurant in the midst of the Speyside distilleries in Scotland. Authentic Thai food in the Scottish countryside is a real treat. We arrived without reservations and they were able to find space for us. They recommended an ideal selection of starters and mains that met our needs. Our personable host, Chris, made sure we were well taken care of. He regaled us with the story of how he opened this just 23 months ago with no restaurant experience. There is no lack of experience showing. It is apparent he enjoys what he is doing and he does it with perfection. Mario, the bartender, kept the drinks flowing making great suggestions from the Inn's extensive selection of whiskeys. Nat, in the kitchen, joined us after and shared with us some secrets to his cooking. We thanked him for everything. Prices are reasonable. Service is spot on. This is a true treasure not to be missed if you are anywhere nearby.

Found this place through a Google search for local restaurants, and we could not have been luckier. Chris is a wonderful and friendly owner/host who gave us as long as we wished to enjoy our meal. And what a meal it was. Tai-influenced cuisine is not something that you expect in the middle of nowhere of the Scottish Highlands, but Nat's cooking was truly superb. I highly recommend this gem to anyone who finds themselves in the area.

What a dinner in Speyside! The food was fabulous starting with the appetisers that were presented so beautifully. The main dishes of chicken and beef were just as delicious but we ate them so quickly that there was no time for photos. The bar was wonderfully curated. And dessert, ice cream bomb, very yummy! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, made us feel like locals. The Croft Inn is a little out of the way but so worth the gorgeous drive which by the way was close to Glenlivet Distillery. Thank you for this memorable Highlands experience!!

The Thai chef personally prepared my dish without any spice! I really appreciated the attention to detail. Vegetables were perfectly fresh and delicious. Every plate that came out of the kitchen was delightful.

If I could rate the Croft Inn's menu 20 stars, I would! Had the prawn tempura and the chicken green curry - I can honestly say the green curry is the best I've ever had. Genuinely had to stop myself from just lifting my bowl up and drinking the sauce straight! Empty plates, full bellies and smiles all round.

Having seen the amazing reviews for the restaurant, we decided to take a detour on our way back to Inverness and check it out. Located on a country road, with a pleasant homely feel both outside and inside the restaurant, it's almost hard to believe it's a pub! There were so many personal touches around the rooms and since it's a family business, the owners were hands on. We were able to contact them via Facebook messenger to book a table and Chris was very responsive. Despite being vegetarian, they were flexible and able to make us a Thai dish to suit our needs and spice level. The food was mouth watering!! It's no surprise people travel over an hour to visit this pub. We were grateful for feeling so welcomed by the hosts. I would definitely recommend this place for the experience and for the food!

Working in the area. Dropped in on a stormy night. Hosts were great and chatty, food was brilliant. To be out in the beautiful remote Highlands and find such a gem was amazing. Will be back
