Came here on 16th September. Ordered the free drink. I am a regular customer so not sure whag is the problem with the staff in adding alternatives. Asked to add and told already added. A shame!
Great Costa. Busy but always seem to find a seat. Nice to be served by a Barista who listens to what you want, and makes your coffee how you asked
Great Costa. Lovely staff. Visited lunchtime last week, had left my purse in the office and a kind lady in the queue paid for my coffee & biscuits (believe she was the off duty manager). Give it a shot if you're in Glenrothes you won't regret it.

Tables where dirty , asked for a cloth to wipe it myself and was told someone will clean it in a bit ??? Yeah save yer money and go across to greggs
