Not a vegan, or even vegetarian, but my partner is and one of our favourite places to eat is definitely the globe.
Genuinely would probably end up vegan if I lived close enough to the globe to go everyday, their food is that wonderful.
Beer ain't bad either!

Yum yum had a delicious vegan meal but it was the dessert that made it for us. Whoever thought of fried nachos and butterscotch icecream with caramel sauce was genius!!! We ordered three extra scoops of the cream and created a sharing plate, not that I wanted to share 🤤🤤🤤😋😋😋 highly recommended

This is a great pub that serves good food and quality beer. I'm an meateater but really enjoy the vegan bacon cheese burgers they do. The staff are always welcoming and talkative when I go for the Glossop pipe club meetings on the second Sunday of the month.

Visited over the weekend, friendly staff, very welcoming, good choice of beers including some from their own micro brewery. Tasty food from a 100% vegan menu… highly recommend, will definitely visit again.

I have eaten here several times, but decided to post a review on this particular occasion.
Every time me and my partner go to The Globe the food is always up to such a high standard. Everything they serve is vegan, which is so refreshing to see, especially in a pub setting. The menu is extensive too and has something to eat for whatever mood you are in. Main meals, sides, dessert etc... The Globe has a varied selection in all areas. The standard of the food is incredible with my particular recommendation being the home made chips. Remind me so much of the ones my Mother made when I was a child. I would fully recommend The Globe to anyone wanting to try wholesome vegan food in a relaxed setting. 10/10

A great pub that has been vegan for years and years and years! The homemade burger was lovely and ultimately defeated me. The spiral fries did not! (Half gone on the pic!)
The burger came with all the extras fried onions, vegan cheese n bacon and doubled!
Lots of bands were trailing through upstairs and warming up. Sounded like quite a show!

For the price you cannot complain at all! Some very incorrect reviews in here too! One said there was no hygiene rating on display despite it being right in front of you when you enter.
Had a great burger with an unbelievable amount of chips, and the cake + ice cream was phenomenal!
Fantastic vegan food, would recommend, just wish I could have stayed for the music too!
