First time in 3 year was my first night out and I ended up in the Howard security was brilliant... friendly but scary for all the right reasons... and bar service was fantasticly quick... if that's even a word... honestly within 3 years the Howard really is a great pub to go to whether you are looking for a big night out or even a quiet drink, depending which side you drink on.

A canny pub, juke box with good music played at a nice unobtrusive level, TV, good lager, good atmosphere. Had 2 visits over 2 days. I will be back

Great pub, slightly cramped on the weekends it can be quite hot in there when full... Loads of friendly faces in there... David and Liam are great.

Covid guidelines are well adhered to here and felt very safe. The were a couple of situations during the night but Kerry dealt with them amazingly. She was so friendly and couldn't do enough for everyone. She didn't stop running around all night making sure everyone was happy and safe. An absolute star.
