We had the Tom Yum soup, chicken satay, Thai fish cakes, Cotswold rack and old spot curry. Delicious! Attentive staff, friendly and willing to talk through the menu. The fact that the food is gluten free is a massive bonus. Would highly recommend this restaurant and will be going back for more 😊
I go here often partly cause I like Thai food and partly because all the food is gluten free! On either count it is excellent and I couldn’t recommend it more

Visited for the first time with my fiancée as we were attracted by the range of vegetarian and vegan food on offer. It was absolutely delicious, and such a nice restaurant to be in.
Excellent red curry, and the tempura veg is fresh and satisfying. We even had a dessert with delicious vegan vanilla ice cream.
I love the ethos of the restaurant too, with a solid focus on high quality local produce. A real gem in Gloucester.
I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. The food is superb and the service excellent. Everything is gluten free and locally sourced. A large part of the menu is also vegetarian and / or vegan. If you like Thai food, you will love Bangkok Canteen.
Had a lovely supper tonight if veg tempura, pho, green curry and pad Thai - all super delicious and served by friendly owner. Highly recommend.
First time at Bangkok canteen. We arrived late due to traffic and the staff were wonderfully polite about it. We all had different starters and mains and ordered all of the sides on the menu. Oh my goodness the food is so delicious and tasteful and each dish was so full of flavour that had your taste buds tingling with delight. Its all fresh local sourced food and has a massive gluten free and vegan menu. We shall be back again soon. Thank you for your wonderful service.

What a fabulous spot for dinner! Absolutely delicious Thai food that goes beyond the standard fare (though the usuals are on the menu too if you want to stick to them) - the aubergine dish was a particular highlight. Service was great and we could tell things were freshly made but they didn't take too long to arrive at the table. We were pretty full after our main course but shared a banana fritter for dessert anyway, assuming it'd also be delicious - and we were right. Loved that there were so many vegan options and everything is gluten free (no issues with gluten for us but you could not tell the food was 'free from'). Thank for for the delicious meal!

We visited as a group of 3 on Friday evening. The food was delicious and service was great. I have a nut allergy and the staff and chef were very accommodating and reassuring. We will definitely be returning!
Popped in for lunch - had the sweet n sour chicken (sorry can't remember what is was called). Was delicious!!! Really nice decor, friendly service. Gluten free. Definitely visit again
