Amazing place, great staff and more importantly great food and great choice, I had a seafood dish and there was nothing left... Well worth a visit

We were all newbies to Bella Italia. We had a table booked for 7:30pm, so we expected it to be fairly busy with it being bank holiday Monday as well. Our experience was pretty good, but not 5 star worthy unfortunately.
The 2 coffees we ordered seemed to take quite a while to come over and wasn't that hot upon arrival to the table. We ordered dough bites at the same time which took a lot longer to arrive than expected, but when they arrived, they were clearly freshly cooked given the temperature of them! Also, there were more in the bowl than we expected. The garlic butter that accompanied them was delicious.
Our starters were quicker to arrive, thankfully, and the time between the dishes being taken away and the mains coming out was a good amount of time. The food was delicious, albeit just a little on the cool side for all of our likings. I understand that food shouldn't always be hot-hot, but to have it arrive warm isn't really great because it's like Macdonalds food - you end up having to eat it really quickly before it gets too cold.
The waiter, Tomas, was very polite and attentive when he was around and very chatty. I assume he was like this with every table, which is why it took so long for him to come back to us each time. But we didn't really mind, we weren't in a rush.
All in all, unless I was strapped for time, I would come here again. Each of our meals was very tasty, they just could have done with being a bit hotter.
I went for afternoon tea with a friend as she had an offer. We were told they were short staffed so there would be a half hour wait - this was much shorter, only 15mins or so. The food was superb, the hot was hot and the desserts well chilled. We had tea to drink as both of us were driving, there was enough for 3 cups each. All staff were lovely, helpful and chatty but also gave us time to eat. Thanks, it was my first visit, won't be the last 😁😁👍🏻
Lovely manager. Needs more staff which he's trying to get. Just felt less attentive. We wanted dessert but waited too long to put order in. So we paid and left. Good food, lovely environment and you can always find discounts for this restaurant.
Our first visit to this restaurant. First question we were asked - do you suffer from any food allergies? Service was good, although there were not many people eating at the time. The food was well presented and very nice.
Went for a meal here with the family, service was polite, quick and friendly. Several items on the menu were unavailable, but the waiter explained this was due to seasonal menu change and applied a discount at the end so no problem. Will come again!
We went to have a dinner, I reserved online previously and we had a lovely time. The food was fresh and very tasty, we had gluten free pizza and gluten free pasta, and two starters, they were delicious. The deserts were tasty as well. The only problem was that the location in Google maps took us to a different place and when I called on the phone and ask for directions they weren't very helpful.
Food was really good despite us waiting quite some time to have our order taken. It seemed like they were a little short staffed. But overall it was great and excellent value for money !
Family pre Christmas meal. Very accommodating staff who made us feel very welcome. Party consisted of dairy free teenager and also a wheelchair user. Food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Great to see dairy free desserts other than sorbet!
