This chip shop is one of the best in the area, the food is always high quality and well cooked. The staff are very efficient and well organised and customers rarely have to que for long.

Delicious fish and chips with good portion sizes. Though they did not take card payments which is a bit unusual this day and age, especially with Coronavirus.

If you live in quedgeley or surrounding area I really wouldn't waste you're time on going elsewhere.
The chips are the best I've had in many years.
I drive from minchinhampton Stroud to eat these.

This place was recommended to me and I would now recommend it to others. I travel from the Kingsholm area of Gloucester to #9 in Quedgely, which speaks for itself really. Excellent service and amazing cod and chips. Try it. You won't be disappointed.

My favourite fish & chips ever! Lovely crispy golden batter, fresh white fish(cod), chips good, they even tell you the variety of the potatoes they use on the wall, generous portion, well worth the cost. We share a piece of fish,it's that big ! Friendly staff & service. Remember to take cash as they don't use debit/credit cards.

Visited on a Monday evening so it was a quiet time. Had to wait for the food to be cooked to order. Cod was really nice and the chips good too. It was more than I normally pay as the cod was just one size but on this occasion it was worth it.

Popped in on a Wednesday evening, it wasn't busy but on a Wednesday at 16:30 I wouldn't expect it to be!
We had to wait for the chips and a burger to be cooked, but it wasn't long and the end result was fantastic.
Food was good, big portions and now, 3 hours later we're still stuffed!
Friendly staff make any wait seem half as long (although a few minutes is never a long wait in a takeaway!)

Love the food here. Was disappointed with our last visit as ordered large chips and when we arrived home there was barely enough chips for two people. This is the first time this has happened. Usually portions are fine
