Went to Gloucester M&S café today. Free kids meal with two pots of tea. Jakub was very helpful, polite and friendly with me and the kids to choose the appropriate items. Thank you!

I had a lovely experience, I was looking for an item, but there wasn't any on the shelf/shop floor. I asked a member of staff (Lisa) who couldn't be more than helpful. It was refreshing to have someone who would help and check the stockroom. Well done, @gloucestermarks&spencer

I really like Marks and Spencers I bought the free from Wheat cheese New Yorker sandwich and it tasted delicious and was £3.75 which is reasonable for Gluten Free.

thanks for having me today. I had a nice sourdough toastie & decaf latte & they were heavenly before my driving theory test... id come back here for sure rather than scabby costa overlooking the dossers by the fountains

Great store, the food department is always well stocked on my visits, love their dine in for 2 options. My partner loves their ladies clothing and as of late since Debenhams has closed I also shop there for clothes too. The men's clothes used to be classed as old man clothes but not anymore there are some modern stuff for younger guys too (even slim fit jeans) which I always wished they'd do, well done M&S. Also my partner also said their gift wrapping there department is good to, although sometimes the cards can be a tad plain. Highly recommend this store 👌👌👌👌
