At 7.30pm tonight we ordered giant master burger meals. it was worth every penny spent. They were busy but the two guys on shift were great and efficient. All of it was the best we've had for a long time. Thanks will come again.

Really REALLY good burger and I would heavily suggest on getting the mac and cheese bites. I didnt ask if they had any vegan or vegetarian options and the 1 staff member stared at me and said "I dont even know" hahahah atleast they were honest

Burger master is the place to for a great, formly Burger Star. The Burger Star in Cheltenham is a let down, Burger Master is 100% better. One thing tell them if you don't want salt on your fries.

BurgerMaster is always a guilty pleasure for us! Burgers are awesome and massive, the nuggets are my favourite of anywhere! Always a decent portion of chips and the garlic mayo is the best of anywhere! Staff are always really friendly and super quick on service!

Ordered a Chicken BLT meal for £8 paid. When it came no chips. I ask Coleen where are the chips she replied "you did not ask for a meal" I replied that I did ask for a Chicken BLT meal with no tomato and a coke. Her reply was I am telling you you did not ask for a meal. I could not believe that a member of staff would reply to a customer like that. I told her that I think she was being rude and just left. As i was leaving she had to have the last word. This was I told you, you did not order a meal and I am not rude. The food was ok but the service is another thing.

Burger master is the master of all burgers in Gloucester,my hubby and I always treat ourselves once a month ,can't do more as it's a lot of money for two of us but well worth it ,lush and fresh and the sauces are so lush and the fries are devine , taste of the meat so so different to McDonalds or KFC 👍👍well done burger master u are a cut above the rest ,😁👍

Thought this was still Burger Star but it’s obviously changed hands now. Popped in after work and the member of staff was on his own but greeted me in a very believable way. Only waited a few minutes to order and throughout the whole Burger Master experience I was treated to great customer service, positive outlook and no fake cheese apart from that on my burger (which I actually like the plastic cheese slices) when my food came it was hot, delicious and the fact I could pick a sauce which was a Burger Star tradition, it was amazing. 100 times nicer than the big two up the road so I will 100% definitely go again.
