Today was the one minute silence of the Manchester attack and the staff were amazing and handled it all very professionally. There were a couple inconsiderate people that walked out but all the staff were amazing.

Wow. Often visit McDonalds mainly for a Coffee. Often they are much if a muchness. However I was seriously impressed and the staff at the restaurant on shift today. There were 2 ladies doing the tidying up and delivering orders. Both were super friendly and very hard working. Both a credit to the restaurant. As a result the restaurant is super clean.

I come here quite a few times a week normally to get coffee before work at the drive through. Staff are always lovely and friendly especially in the morning. A lady works here with a hearing aid is always nice to people, she works very hard clearing tables and keeping the place clean and I hope she is congratulated on her work. Food is always hot and well made here

Ordered and then food served to be told that no mango smoothies, so asked for iced latte (none of these either) asked for caramel frappe instead. Guy went away and then came back to say that they now have mango smoothies and do I want that instead. All the time waiting for one drink and food was just going cold. Eventually got the drink after approx 5 mins after food was served.

Where to start.. 1. Today we were given the wrong order after having to park up again (this is the 4th time in 4 visits we've had to park and we don't order anything specialist - just happy meals every time) 2. Last time I ordered at the window because one of the lanes wasn't even being answered. 4 cars went ahead of me. 3. Service is just so slow on the drive thru. It's annoying because the team are SO NICE but there needs to be some efficency.
