McDonald’s is all about speed and convenience and this was anything but. Despite only being 5th in the drive thru queue to order it took around 1 hour to go from joining the queue to finally getting our food. …
Enjoyed a quiet breakfast bacon and egg McMuffin, couple of hash browns and a latte, with wifey who had a sausage and egg McMuffin, couple of hash browns occupied by a latte whilst waiting for new tyre being fitted at ATS across the road. Nice and early so hardly anyone else in the restaurant.
Ash was amazing- they delivered our food to the car. The food was nice and warm and delicious and Ash went above and beyond to give us an additional cup and straw in the freezing cold after we asked. Great service and a very valuable employee!
i asked for no mayo and no lettuce on my chicken burger. i received said burger after a lengthy wait and hearing two supposed managers of the establishment arguing!!!!! im DEATHLY allergic to mayo and i CANNOT eat lettuce!!! this is plain and simple negligence of their LOYAL customer base. i am disappointed.
First time here, and for the first time my order was correct, did not need to go back and correct the order. Obviously was very well run. Will be my new McDonald's instead of eastern AV one that always gets something wrong
Went to try the Big Arch…. Best burger McDs has done in a long time! Also the person on drive thru gave Buddy a little treat which he very much enjoyed even if he got some of it on the floor. Great friendly staff even at midnight! Well done Team St Oswald!
