The 3 gentlemen who has served us today at around 12 disserve the biggest recognition by the management. Subway went down hill in the past few years, food was being thrown around, subs were sloppy and service was just below average.
These 3 gentlemen were so polite, and handled every single piece of food with respect. It's weird to talk about stuff like this but honestly, all subway stuff should look at them and take a page out of their book. I've had extremely bad week, and they actually brought smile to my face!

Customer service is often overlooked and undervalued in places like this. I am so happy to say that does not apply to the well built bloke who served me today, attentive, professional and welcoming, I’d like him to get some recognition as people only tend to give feedback when they have poor customer service, this man went above and beyond what he needed to do, even at 6 o clock in the evening on a Wednesday. Thank you!!

I like all the yummy fillings and there is a very good and wide range of sandwiches to choose from, but is normally quite busy with semi - big queues
Good size shop, 4 tables if you want to sit outside. When we got There, there was only 1 guy serving.so he was juggling the customers. Minimal crisps on display 1 cookie. When asked about them, he just said that they didn't have any left. We got there at 4pm.(not 4am!!!) Surely they would have customers coming in nearer to tea-time. It's a fast food restaurant. Unfortunately, they are fast food, but there's low levels on everything else. Disappointed. Sorry.

Sometimes when you enter a subway it is very much the same as any other subway. It was nice to come here and be made to feel extra special. The staff were brilliant. Enjoyed my steak and cheese foot long. Thanks
Nice branch. The staff are usually very organised here to keep the queue moving and has a decent seating area so there's almost always seats available. The kids meals currently have little toy cars in them which my son loves.
