We've visited this Hotel Chocolat a few times and the staff have always been lovely! The products are a nice treat, too - every now and again, as it is a bit out of my price range. I've had a billionaire's sundae and a hot chocolate from this cafe before - both were really nice and high quality. There's enough room to move around inside the shop itself and a little dining area that I've never sat in, but is a handy addition. Overall, I strongly recommend it! I have never been disappointed by Hotel Chocolat.

I visited 2/10/21 for first time this year for birthday gift and I'm always given good advice and love the variety of products not just boxes of chocolates. I'm also impressed with seasonal chocolates for my friends and for their kids well worth visit. But be advised doors to quays open at 9.00 but shops not until 10.00am .
