Placed a large order Saturday night for collection was told 45 minutes waited a few extra minutes on arrival but we can say if we had waited an extra half hour it wouldn't have mattered because the food was exceptional this place is now our regular Saturday night takeaway without a dought by far the best Chinese food we have had for many years

Had a fabulous vegetarian meal for two. Freshly cooked and excellent selection of delicious dishes. The restaurant area would benefit from dimmer lighting and maybe a little decoration to give it more atmosphere.

Just had THE best Chinese food that I’ve tasted since I went to Hong Kong in 1978!!!
In Tewkesbury for a few days and my husband knows how much I love Chinese food, so booked Lotus for Valentines night.
From the outside it doesn’t look that impressive, but the food? Just the best home cooked Chinese food. Fresh, hot, delicious, not the usual gelatinous sauces, but proper homemade, pancake rolls, satay, fabulous soup, a healthy portion of duck and pancakes and my son couldn’t get enough of the chilli salt and pepper squid.
Honestly couldn’t fault a single thing.
Just wish we lived closer!

Had a fabulous meal in the new restaurant. We chose the banquet meal for 2 which was delicious. The food was quality, great portions. The staff were very attentive, friendly, helpful and made the night.

7 of us had lunch today. Everyone was very happy with their dishes, delicious. Plenty prawns in my dish. Free drink for Chinese New Year. Very friendly, good service.

Had read a few negative reviews on here and I was a bit wary of ordering but luckily I gave them a go and I was more than happy with the food and service. Delivery was quick and turned up on around 40 mins which is pretty good considering I ordered at peak food ordering time on a Saturday. Food was also piping hot which is always a bonus. Really enjoyed the meal as well and will definitely be ordering again.
