Not too bad at all for a service station coffee shop. Tables were clean, staff efficient and the coffee and biscuits were tasty and not quite as expensive as other places.

Stopped off this Starbucks on our way home from holiday, there was a lot of people but the staff serving the drink was working there buts off, they never stopped, we'll done guys.

Typical Starbucks, absolutely fine, cheapest and best coffee on the motorway network. Disappointed the Michealwood branch didn't have filter when called in, Americano isn't as good.

It was a bit frantic but the staff are friendly and the coffee I had a flat white and my partner had a flat white with oat milk and they were both delicious. Quite rare to have a coffee as advertised the coffee was perfectly pulled and not burnt the milk creamy and was actually microfoam so it all made a perfect drink. They even spelt my name right. The only thing I would say was the tables were dirty and needed cleaning.

Comfortable, clean, great staff, really great staff. Had a coffee while the electric car was charging just outside on super fast charger.
