The best curry in the Godalming area. Food is always delicious (we've tried lots), takeaway is prompt and always hot. The curry's are never greasy. Sides are great too. Totally recommend

Tried out the places in area and have settled on Thani moon as last 2 curry's have been really good. Had a less good one a few months back and re tried other places but now will stick here! Good spice levels and flavours.

Superb service from my most favourite Indian Restaurant in Godalming. Consistently great food, authentic Indian feel to the restaurant. Been coming here 12 + years, and whilst I've been away a while many things have changed, but the Chicken Chat Pati still remains a firm favourite.

Absolutely stunning food 1st time customer and I'm not really a curry girl but I have been converted could taste all the flavours of every single dish and the prices are more than reasonable I would extremely recommend this restaurant and give it 100 stars thankyou guys for the most amazing experience of curry food !!!!! Solid, fresh and tasty curries... very happy and will be ordering again. Only losing one star because the Korma (ordered for our 3 yr old son) and Peshwari Naan were insanely, almost inedibly sweet. The boy loved it of course!

We have lived in Godalming 23 years and always gone to a takeaway in Farncombe.
I just wanted to say we wish we tried Thani earlier!! Our meal was delicious, generous portions, fresh chicken in the curry, and the Onion Bhajis superb. Delighted to have tried and will be a regular.

Really lovely Indian restaurant that does great take away. The thing I like the most, is that unlike most Indian restaurants, the food isn't greasy. The staff are friendly and attentive and it is very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend!

I cannot fault the Thani Moon, the food was delicious and fresh and the staff were friendly, helpful and polite. We have recently moved to Godalming and this will now definitely be our go to!
We both felt safe and comfortable which the new Covid measures being taken, all staff in the correct masks, hand sanitiser on the table etc.
We highly recommend you give this place a visit if you haven't already!

One of nicest Tandoori Restaurants you'll find. Super tasty food, with efficient friendly service. Prices are reasonable too. Will be returning to sample some of the others dishes.

After watching a close but ultimately disappointing loss in the Rugby, England to Wales. We found the Thani Moon Indian restaurant which completely lifted our spirits with great curry and decent lager. The service was excellent, friendly and happy staff, with a pleasant atmosphere. The food was brilliant we went for some onion baji's (excellent) and we were suggested to go for a Balti rather than a tikka which was very good. Will definitely go again, and perhaps England will win next time...

A regular stop for us for a good night out. Food is always fresh with really great flavours and lots of choice between different meat, fish and vegetarian dishes including curry classics and some excellent specials. Staff are really friendly and helpful.

Great outing with some friends on a Friday evening. The food was delicious (after I decided what to get - huge menu!). The staff also recommend I go for the chicken tikka dopiaza, loved it. Nice atmosphere in the restaurant too, with good background music. Recommend this place, eat in or take away!
