I'm a regular at this Costa and always find the staff happy helpful and good at making coffee and making you feel welcome and I like the coffee. There is lots of competition in the high street for coffee and food and Costa just doesn't sell …

Not be worlds quickest Costa but over hearing the staff they have recently just been trained and left to their own devices. I think people are extremely harsh as the service was good, a little slow but my drink was well made. Overall not a bad experience

I ordered a hot chocolate, started to drink it but then noticed that there was oil on the top of the drink, either the cream was off or idek but it looked awful

I really love Costa coffee and this one in Godalming High Street is my nearest. Great coffee and good service but please Mr Costa can you update the interior? Compared with the new coffee shops in town it is rather drab. Say no more.

Always love our daily visit for our coffee to our Godalming store. Staff are super friendly, my Iced Latte is lovely and food is great too. Very Covid compliant too. I do feel for the staff sometimes as some customers can be really rude for no reason! But they always stay very professional.

Costa Coffee in Cranleigh is without doubt the best Costa Branch I have used. The staff are fantastic, the store has a high percentage of disabled customers and once they have placed their order they are able to go and sit down as the staff …
