The food was outstanding, would say the best meal we have all had.
From the relaxed atmosphere to the friendly staff and the quality of food,it's a must to visit.

Fantastic pub, we didn't eat here this time but definitely will next time we are in Gorran. Felt very welcome by all staff and other guests, even when we got a bit competitive at the pool table 😜 great for families, lovely garden area at the back and table football/pool table area at the back for our large family to enjoy. We had a great Saturday afternoon here and can't wait to come back xx

Well worth a trip. Michelin quality food and service in a relaxed atmosphere. Head Chef Dan was on hand to talk us through the menu and even gave us some extra sides that we loved. Can't recommend this place enough

Just had an unbelievable meal this evening. I had the duck and it was the best meal I have had in years, the chef even served it himself. My husband had the crab risotto and couldn’t recommend it highly enough either. The pub, service and food 10/10, we will be back!

I didn't have any food, so I can't comment to the quality of the food.
The decor and atmosphere was both very good. Staff were professional and friendly.
I was a lovely place to have a couple of relaxing drinks with my husband.

This place is amazing. Great value for such amazing service and you can taste the passion in the food. Just trying to think up a good reason to go back. Oh wait.... there's a Friday next week. That will do!!

Service was excellent, Staff friendly & chatty despite being busy :)
Top Marks have to go to the Chef, my Korean chicken wings were succulent & Tasty, but my main course the roasted lamb was absolutely mouth watering. Haven't enjoyed a meal like that for a long time, So thank you :)

Well, I have been coming here for 38 years. It's been changed from its former atmosphere and style, losing some of its character and charm. But changed into a beautiful restaurant and bar. The level of service and attention from the service staff was amazing. The food was incredible. Gutted I didn't take photos but it was just too good. Well done all involved.
