Arrived at 21:15... closing time is advertised at 22:00... all I got was a sorry mate were now closed for the night...

Members of the public were actively cooking food for friends amongst paying customers.
Staff were smoking outside and returned to cooking without washing their hands.
The counter was dirty and littered with rubbish.
Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a special offer burger with extra cheese, when it cam there was no cheese at all and burger was very dry. Complained to the staff but was told there was cheese in spite of there being no sign of it !

The staff were very polite when there was a bit of a wait and they was very apologetic for the messy table and sorted it our right away will be coming back for a fries big up watsy

I did not get what I ordered and what I did get was cold, dry and looked like it had been prepaired 30 mins prior and barely kept warm

Was very busy and the staff were seemingly overwhelmed by the customers because our order was wrong as it was a combo of mine and someone else's. The staff didn't know what they were doing and I was asked what I was missing by three distaff members and there was clearly no communication. Not once did anyone apologise and by the time I received my full order my food was warm (including my ice-cream). The Burger King part of the services was a bit grimy and in need of a deep clean.

Got given half of another customer's order and only 1 item of our own. No apology and took a further 10 minutes, and a half dozen repeats of 'what else are you waiting for?' before we got our full order. Only reason for 2 instead of 1 is that the food was warm (annoyingly, this did also include the ice cream since it was the 1st item we were given)

As a whole fine, ways pick Burger King when on the road. Disappointed by a few things, paid for a large meal and was given a 500ml bottle drink, when asked the server said were having a new drinks machine, warning before paying extra for large meal would be nice. Would be even nicer if the bottles where actually cold. Next we were unable to make alterations to our order, so much for have it your way..
Finally the share box had clearly been sat for a long time and soggy as old socks.
Will go to bk again. Probably not this one.
