Went for a carvery today and I can honestly say that it was possibly the best carvery I have ever had. Very very reasonably priced. The family that run it are so friendly and can't do enough for you. Can't recommend it highly enough. Can't wait to go back. Thank you The Apple Tree

We've had a lovely meal this evening! Widely sampled the Indian menu - all excellent and Rogan Josh pleasantly hot! Girls enjoyed their pizza and chips - just as good as school! and build-your-own ice-cream sundaes! Friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Very good value, family-friendly restaurant with Mrs Appleby's cooking as good as ever! Highly recommend!

After driving home for 5 hours we decided to pop to The Apple Tree for a take away for dinner. They had curry ok as specials and happily did them as a take away. The chicken Madras was absolutely the best I have ever had, beautiful flavours mixed with spice and a creeping heat. If you haven’t visited this wonderful family run restaurant then I wholeheartedly recommend that you do. A wonderfully welcoming atmosphere and the most beautiful food. Thank you so much guys.

The Apple Tree was highly recommended by one of our locals. We visited yesterday evening for our first time. Highly recommend booking. Lovely decorated small restaurant. The staff were very friendly and fast service. I asked if they did cocktails because nothing was on the menu but gave me a selection of choice for what they do. The food was lovely and very reasonable price. Me and my husband left very satisfied and full. We hope to return again soon for our birthdays. Or if we nice enough we will bring our children. They even had a menu selection for the children. Again looked very reasonable price. Definitely worth a visit.

From the moment our party of 12 arrived yesterday to the time we left we were really well looked after. Amazing Sunday lunch and service at a very reasonable cost. No wonder the Apple Tree is always fully booked.

We absolutely love The Apple Tree and visit as often as we can either on our own or with the children, family or friends. The team are always so friendly and accommodating, the location is beautiful and the food is great and such amazing value too!

Cracking little Restaurant. Was hired to lay on a Gin Tasting Night here a few weeks back. The Team and the vibe was brilliant. You can tell people love spending time here. The food looked really good too. Thanks for having me guys.

Fantastic little restaurant with very friendly and welcoming staff. Went on a Sunday when they have their carvery station which was simply great - you can built the ultimate Sunday roast for just £9. Amazing value and all of the food was really delicious. Garden is directly on the lakefront (although behind a bit of a fence). Parking was very limited.
