Lovely food and helpful staff , a few issues ordering online but all sorted with a phone call. Friendly delivery driver delivered food quickly and efficiently, Definitely be using regularly.

I eat here on a weekly basis, nothing is ever too much for Scott or his staff, such a friendly hygienic takeaway establishment

Scott's Plaice is a traditional Fish and Chip shop that really delivers on quality and price. The fish, sausages etc are really good quality, the batter is super crispy and the chips are to die for. Service is always super friendly and nothing seems to be too much trouble. I don't live in Gosport, but I choose to travel to Scotts' for the exceptional food and service. I wish you all well, Keep up the good work!

I have had many a fish and chip night from various place but Scott's I must say out does them all. the food when delivered is hot and nicely packed no diffrent from collecting it
A must if visiting Gosport or fareham you wont be disappointed

Place has really gone downhill, it used to be hands down the best for miles around, but last few orders have been increasingly getting worse, the cod on my last order was atrocious and so overcooked the fish inside had dried up and was inedible, the plaice wasn't much better. There are now better options locally, I wouldn't order from here again, such a shame

I guess I order from scotts plaice one a fortnight and have tried a wide variety of their goods from fish and chips to a mixture of side orders,pies,sausages and we have never had a bad meal.Always piping hot and fresh loads of flavour and always with a pleasant smile and happy to serve you.we have also ordered for delivery and even then it arrives on time and hot. You can try the rest but always come and try the best.Scotts plaice wins by miles.
