Staff are so rude, your order is never correct and they get moody when you have to go back.
Fruit flies all over the cakes.
Was alright speciality coffee tasted like their normal and their rewards system wasn't working for my free birthday cake the award has expired now, although at £3 a slice I won't be in a hurry to buy another slice
Ordered a mango frappe, with no ice crushed, no straw, and no good service
Love Costa and always well worth the treat
Lovely coffee and cake, although cake very pricey. We used our offer of 2 cakes for £4 otherwise it would have been coffee only.
