Being a store manager myself for costa coffee, I’m pretty picky in my drink choice, however Sean (hopefully I spelt it right out of the 3 ways you can) made my drink perfectly, flat mochas aren’t on the menu anymore and haven’t been for years! But it’s beautifully smooth, textured milk and just how I like it, especially with coconut milk which isn’t easy!
Every time I’ve walked into this store for a drink, the team don’t fall below perfect! The customer experience is incredible, friendly, welcoming & warm and apologising for any wait/delay at the till when you can see they’re busy! This store is super convenient for me being right round the corner and even on my days off I still need my coffee!
They are a superb bunch and they really should be proud of this team higher in their franchise!

It was okay really busy Costas food always priced well above what it delivers it's never quite as good as you expect it to be,Costa use to be special now there just average and mediocre and a very expensive cafe

Lovely costa, staff are friendly and hardworking. It’s always busy or at least a steady stream of customers so I think that shows it’s well respected. The place is always clean and you know what you’re getting.

Enjoyed the environment, good service & would definitely visit again.
Enjoyed a large coffee, some biscuits and a toastie. Food tasted good, just the standard you come to expect from Costa coffee.
I would recommend this store if you're in the area.

Love a good costa, great selection of coffee and cake. staff very helpful, covid barriers up to protect the staff. works well. nice to see the toilet open also. nice outside seating, when its not raining.

It is always very good service here. Staff are very friendly. Very quiet when we visited so we were surprised to find that the table and chairs where we selected to sit did not appear to have been cleaned, crumbs in the chairs and crumbs and sticky marks on the table. Other than this, this is still our first choice of Costa.
