The vine Goudhurst now has burgers on the bar menu. I wasn’t very excited until I found out gluten free burger & buns available. OMG amazing, huge, made in kitchen not a frozen rubbish - Lovely Staff, friendly service
Every other meal I’ve had at The Vine has been spot on 👌keep up the good work guys :) highly recommend.

A must visit. Don't look anywhere further for dinner, The Vine is just fantastic.
In particular, the Stone Bass simply could not be improved. A perfectly balanced and accomplished dish - hats off to the chef.

THE BEST ROAST!!!! Had the absolute pleasure of eating Sunday lunch at The Vine, it was honestly one of the most fantastic roast dinners I have ever had. All the food was outstanding and the service was lovely. Haven’t been to The Vine for years as it used to be a bit ropey……..had no idea it was so lovely now. Will 100% be returning.

We enjoyed our visit, sitting by a hot fire on a cold afternoon, eating seared salmon with pickles and sour dough. With the bread came an excellent home-made butter with seaweed and garlic, absolutely delicious.

We were passing through Goudhurst on a Friday afternoon at 4.30 on our way to friends in Sissinghurst for the weekend and were desperately looking forward to a cup of tea. The only teashop closed at 4PM and the lovely new owners of the Vine welcomed us in, provided fantastic tea and even offered us some of their personal biscuits. When we asked whether we could buy some from the village shop and eat them on the premises they agreed immediately. We had a great time and were astounded by the owners' warmth and kindness. My husband and I have started going on treks in Bedbgebury and we discovered Vine when we were looking to grab a quick bite before driving home to Margate. We were very pleasantly surprised and the amazing quality of the cooking in this cozy, yet modern pub. We now make it a point to eat here every time we come down. The black pudding scotch egg is to die for and the Sunday roast was superb. The staff were also very attentive and positive (but not too attentive). We love it!

Met friends here for lunch with our dog. Staff were really friendly and welcoming, ready to accommodate our requests. We had a light lunch and the food was great - presentation and taste. We sat in the garden at a table under grape vines, very pleasant surroundings. Will come back!

Excellent pub. The food was great, my steak was fabulous and my wife loved her Sunday roast. She said the cauliflower cheese was the best ever. My son has food allergies and the staff were very accommodating. Our waitress was lovely and made us feel so welcome and looked after.

Had a lunch time meal, sitting outside in the sun and had thoroughly enjoyable experience. The staff were very good and the food was excellent. Although we only had basic dishes of fish and chips, chicken burger and risotto, they were all excellent, fresh and really tasty. The ingredients seemed really fresh, with the wild mushrooms tasting beautiful and the fish batter crisp and light. Highly recommend.
