Excellent food, very reasonable prices and the young lad that served us was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will most certainly be back.

There's no pretentiousness here, no haut cuisine or bistro menus, that's not what they do. Instead, what they do do is traditional pub food very well indeed. I enjoyed the Steak and Ale pie very much indeed, potentially the best I've ever had.

Tafarn y Bont fitted us in (4 adults and 3 children) on Good Friday. We had an excellent meal, reasonably priced! Best chips I've had for a while!! Highly recommended!

Went with family for festive menu on 6th December 22, all I can say is it was amazing value for money and delicious food. 4 courses and a mince pie for £19.90 absolutely brilliant. Will definitely book again as the other menu looked good too. Highly recommend a visit to this quaint country pub.

Beautiful friendly Welsh welcome, lovely locals, great beer and cider selection and home cooked pub food. Thank you for making us visitors from the canal so welcome! Our dogs were treated like royalty too!

Nice and friendly pub. Good selection of ales, ciders and other drinks. Staff and frequent visitors are friendly. We felt at home tonight when passing by on our Narrowboat.
