It's ok. Going down hill. Past its peak. Ok comercial coffee. You know your not getting good coffee, but you also know its not often poor. Poor service.
Just wanted to give a shout-out to Ian at Costa. Their customer service was great at their job—super welcoming and efficient. Made my visit a real pleasure!

Staff are lovely, very chatty and friendly! Food was fine, and coffee lovely as always! The only thing I feel these days is that the crisps always seem soggy! They are always well within use by dates but they never seem as crispy as the other makes!
