Harry's Place

Fabulous food and service. I feel guilty only leaving 4 stars here as the food and service is always superb.  Caroline always is very welcoming and we love the intimicy.  Sorry but we really feel that they need to play some quiet background music to break the silence. We sat next to a very boring couple and inevitably ended up listening to their conversation at times.  It was amusing that they kept raising their voices everytime they mentioned their son WHO IS AT UNI IN NEWCASTLE!  I don't quite understand this amplified shouting of the fact that somebodies son or daughter is a genius and that the whole world must be informed. Some background music would have been very welcome.  Back to the food, always superb and this is the only place that I ever eat soup which os always fabulous. Put on some music in the background and I will award not 4 but 5 stars next time.
