Large cod OK but a little lacking flavour, nice portion, forgot to pick up curry sauce I paid for, didn't bother to go back

We now always use alma Park fish bar as the chips are lovely and fluffy inside and crispy outside the fish (only tried cod) had lots of flavour and not overly oily. Live the fact we can get savaloys here too a big favourite in our house. Lovely staff.

As a visitor from Essex this was a lovely find, huge portions, great fresh fish and a very reasonable price. Really happy with the vegetarian range too. Will definitely be back on the next visit!

Called here while the car was being MOT'd nearby. Just ordered some chips and curry sauce. The chips were freshly cooked, dry and really good. Staff friendly, so will return. 5* 😃

I have been trying to make my daughter more independent as she's getting older so once a week we have a treat of fish and chips and her job is to go to our local chip shop and order it, everytime she has been she has come back super proud of herself and extremely happy with how she was treated, they are always really nice to her and they even help her out with her order when she needs it, we are new to the area but this is and will stay a our go to fish and chip shop :)
Food is of course absolutely lovely as well their battered sausage is the best I've had and gravy is absolutely amazing!
