Prezzo Italian Restaurant Grantham

Really nice Prezzo in a prime location in the centre of Grantham. Onstreet parking after 1830 and a nearby multistorey. Excellent menu with many choices. Wine list not extensive but more than adequate. Beer selection poor. Staff friendly and efficient. Restaurant very clean and well presented. Well worth a return visit

Let me start off with the food. The food is amazing, it is like a dream in your mouth. I usually order Calamari, Either Spaghetti Carbonara or a burger and tiramisu for dessert. Each one satisfies me. The waiters are excellent and very polite and it shocks me how quiet it is sometimes. Would definitely recommend, 5 Star!

Booked a table for 9 of us 1st August 2023 the food was excellent,couldn't decide from the menu was so much choice ended up having the Antipasti as a starter and the salmon pasta as a main both were full of flavour. Ideal for a special occasion,a little pricey for a walk in Restaurant/takeaway,would definitely come again with a little but more hindsight into there prices. As the saying goes you pay for what you get and my meal was worth the price.

I was unaware that you couldn't use a gift card online for a take out option. Matt, however made an exception for me to use mine and for it to be a take out. I'm very grateful for this. Thank you for the excellent customer service. I really appreciate it. Will definitely come back to eat in the restaurant 😋

No major complaints. Food is decent quality and big enough portions. Been at least once a month recently and consistent food quality. Unfortunately service lets them down, they must be quite short-staffed as there is a bit of a wait between meals, being seated and asking for drinks, dessert menu, bill etc. Have to flag down staff several times - despite relatively speaking, not many customers in. Although staff are lovely and polite, albeit frazzled sometimes. As long as you have some company to chat with and aren't absolutely starving, this isn't really an issue, when I've been, it's approx. 15 mins wait between things, had just a main & 1 drink and was there about an hour and a half. I will continue to go here as food is nice, good price and staff are very friendly. Can empathize being short staffed
