Pleasantly surprised, good range of products and reasonable restaurant. Some gluten free but not brilliant if you are. But shopping wise a very good selection to choose from, from clothes to shoes accessories and furniture

A great store on a huge car parking site off the A1 at Grantham. Lots of items are not sold since our last visit a year ago. No large electrical items, n TVs etc. Good range of furniture and lovely to see soft furnishings such as curtains. Lovely lighting. Huge range of clothes on the ground floor mostly end of range, discontinued, shoes, handbags, lingerie, coats, hats etc. Always a bit of a lottery. Upstairs calmer full priced clothes, books, gifts, perfumes, kitchenware. A small cafe selling sandwiches, soups, cakes, hot lunches, drinks. I defy anyone to leave without buying something.

The 3 stores here can supply nearly everything you want. Department store sells everything from cutlery to sofas, toys to gifts and various designer clothes, the outlet centre has named clothes at reduced prices and garden centre has your garden covered. Plenty of parking and restaurant s in all three serving full meals, drinks and selection of cakes and snacks. A GREAT DAY OUT.

The department store with everything, it is huge. Staff are friendly and the furniture range is particularly good. Cafe gets rather busy at lunch time. Toilets on both floors. Escalators and lift. Sale on in August.

Downtown Garden Centre - just want to leave a really positive comment about the staff that work there, purchased a new Lawn Mower today and was assisted by Jon, I could not of asked for a better person to help, his customer service was fantastic, helped me choose the best mower for my needs, took it to my car for me after I had paid for it as I could not carry anything due to a medical condition. It is good to see that good customer service can still be found, thank you
