We placed a large order. Over £40. The only thing that was good and edible was the pizza and the drink. Our sides were horrible. The bacon and cheese tots were mushy and cold. No cheese and 3 tiny bits of bacon. The BBQ wings were fatty …
Order the wrong pizza by accident and the Grantham team was very understanding and patient. They changed our order and the pizza was amazing. I will definitely order from them again. Good customer service is essential when dealing with customers and the staff at Grantham did an excellent job.
The pizza is very hot tasty. The Grantham team have excellent customer service and were very keen on changing our order even though we ordered online. I will definitely order more pizzas from them!
These guys always give only less quantities of chicken .I asked my friend as well they too have the same issues .one day I order chicken and they give me lamb .I won't buy from here anymore .
Slowest pizza place ever. Ordered an hour and a half ago. Their app says it was delivered 46 minutes ago. I called and they just said its on its way, didn't even ask my address or anything... Ended up making something to eat. Definitely don't order if you're starving.
Food arrived half an hour late, and cold. The garlic strips were tough, cold, and inedible. Shame really as the food would’ve been good if it was delivered on time. I won’t be eating here again.
