Lovely little spot with tasty food and friendly service. They were happy to split a sandwich over two plates for us, which was really nice too! They also do lovely smoothies.
Lovely little cafe with good vegan options. Vegan Milkshakes were a nice treat.
Very nice. It was clean and very friendly staff. The coffee was okay. The carrot cake was fabulous ๐Ÿ‘Œ and the scone with jam and cream delicious. Would definitely recommend.
Very nice cake and coffe, helpful staff. Good selection of non-dairy ice cream.
Really nice coffee and very friendly staff. I visited here 3 times when I was staying in Grasmere and, having been to the other cafes in the village, can safely say this one does the best coffee. The sun terrace is to die for and sitting out here on a day like this is what I imagine heaven to be li
Lovely place to visit! Food was yummy and staff were friendly. Reasonably priced, would recommend!
Gluten free options available. We ordered two Buckwheat Crepes which were absolutely delicious and the fillings were quite original (homemade coconut rice pudding a dream!) This cafe is in a beautiful setting with a lovely back story to the name, appropriate for Grasmere. We were served quickly. De

The cream on top did not disappoint as it was made out of actual creme and not cheap squirty creme. And
We had crepes for late dinner and they were very good. Great place to get a quick lunch if you are in the area.
Lovely little deli cafe, menu is really lovely we only had drinks but the food looked and smelt amazing. Staff were friendly and itโ€™s also dog friendly which is lovely. The decor is so fresh and itโ€™s a nice atmosphere we stayed here longer than usual at a cafe, good people watching spot in Ambleside
Absolutely Amazing pancakes! Cakes can be slightly hit and miss, don't recommend the carrot cake but the chocolate fudge is great! Well worth the price as you get huge portion and very friendly staff, great place to go after a long walk to refuel, it's dog friendly too! Also noticed the had things t
The crepes we had were lovely. I'm more of a Nutella kind of guy, so the chocolate sauce was too cocoa flavoured for me, too dark. I'd like some sweeter. The crepe itself was nice. Shame they didn't have all the flavours of ice cream (ran out), but the waitress was superb. Friendly staff, lovely pla
Just had an amazing Blackberry & Bramley Apple Crumble Crepe, asked for extra custard and not a problem, thank you Dale and staff for an enjoyable lunch. We come every time we visit the Lakes and never had a bad meal. Hubby said the hot chocolate is to die for! Had to wait for a table due to Covid b
Lovely Scones and Cream, the service is very good, a lovely atmosphere worth a visit ๐Ÿ˜€
