Have to give a mention to this gorgeous cafe we stumbled across on our visit to Grasmere. Didn't know where to eat and took a chance but so glad we did. The service was fantastic and the owner so friendly. Great value for money compared to most places in The Lakes with good, hearty portions which is what's needed after a hike up the hills! They also catered for Vegans which is hard to find. The food was piping hot and delicious! Lovely works of art inside to either admire or purchase. Great all round cafe! Will definitely go back!! 💚🌿

Perfect little cafe with a great menu and fantastic staff. Felt extremely friendly and we were well looked after. Reasonable prices considering portion size and ideal location. Tomato and roast pepper soup with crispy onions on top was to die for!

We had a fried breakfast and pancakes with bacon and everything was delicious. Good ingredients used which always makes a difference. Staff are really friendly and price is fair. Would recommend and would go back.

Absolutely beautiful! The top floor terrace in room 6 has amazing 360 views of the mountains. Comfortable, wonderful furnishings and excellent hosts! We will definitely be coming back!

Stayed in an amazing room with its own roof terrace. Beautifully decorated and with a huge bathroom. Breakfast was top class with a great choice, super friendly staff. Can’t recommend highly enough for a short break.

During our visit to Grasmere, we roamed around looking for a place to sit for coffee and a treat. While Grasmere has many tea rooms & cafes, Heidi’s stood out to us. The decor through the windows was very welcoming and beautifully presented. They have the cutest mugs and the friendliest staff! The brownie was UNREAL🤤 and our mochas were perfect! We met a friendly doggo inside and enjoyed the calm atmosphere whilst it chucked it down outside. 10/10! (We didn’t stay in the rooms so I have left that rating blank.)

Lovely place, i enjoyed my light bite breakfast was just the right amount of food for me. Was so hungry I forgot to get a picture. The coffee was tasty as well. Only got a star down because the tables outside were pretty shaky and I was in constant fear or spilling my coffee. We should have moved inside but as we had already ordered our food with the table number outside we dint want to cause confusion.

Had a lovely breakfast here before we went out walking for the day. Lovely food and came out fast, reasonably priced as well. Dirty chai latte was amazing! Staff were lovely too and it's a cute little cafe, dog friendly as well and Dave enjoyed his treat they gave him :)

We can't comment on the rooms but I would expect that they are as lovely as everything else in Heidi's cafe. We called in for a sandwich and what a sandwich Absolutely Delicious and So much filling!! Delightful Tea pots and lovely friendly staff, just a lovely experience thankyou we will definitely be back
