I love this pub for the food, brought the family for a Sunday Roast and it didn't fail. Great quality food and very generous portion sizes. My Mum said her meat lasagne was the best she has had in ages. Didn't stay however so can't review that part.
Very friendly, easer to please and with a nice fire. Recommend it to walkers as you are made welcome, wet clothes and all. I didn't use the rooms, but a friend did and said they were fine.
Great visit in Grassington over the weekend. Stopped at The Forester's for a drink and some lunch. The service was great and the food was delicious, sat by a roaring real fire to warm us whilst we relaxed.
One of those places you feel welcome at as soon as you walk through the door, just what you’d expect from a village pub.
Heard about the pizza’s from someone who visited previously so had to give them a go. Very impressed, 12” pizza with loads of toppings.

Lovely pub, great atmosphere, friendly staff and the food is stunning! Had a roast beef sandwich that was so could I could've wept. Didn't stay here to can't speak for the rooms but the bar/restaurant is definitely worth a visit - highly recommended. Also good gluten free options.

Had a very warm welcome by the friendly staff. Food was lovely. I do recommend people to visit this eatery.
