A good place who provide a very friendly and sometimes amusing experience. I bought a hot chocolate and it was delicious. On a cold day it's an oasis to get a light bite and a hot drink. They also do a good selection of delicious ice-cream. My friend said that the coffee was equally delicious. We have come here a few times and have never been disappointed. They sell all manner of things but I unfortunately did not browse as I just wanted a drink. Would certainly recommend this place. When we were there it was busy and it's very family friendly. Beside this cafe is a gents and ladies toilet.

Wonderful family owned cafe! The staff are brilliant and can’t do enough to help. Lovely cup of hot chocolate when it’s a bit chilly out and you can’t go wrong with one of their ice creams in the summer. Highly recommend!

Cant beat the prom cafe for any meal of the day ice cream is fantastic i take mt dog down to the prom have a walk and then 1/3 pounder with chips. I love it.x

Don't go cafe go to gym at night beautiful all the lights passing ships!And swans for company makes me laugh the way thay sleep on pier and the swans have got the little pets !ducks!! No-one about at silly o'clock 2-3am lol must give um the rolls I've took twice and forgot

Lovely food, nice friendly staff. What I don't understand is that it states here that its "No toilets promenade". There are toilets here!
