Kfc Gravesend

Last time I visited the shop was packed, we waited 45 minutes for our order. Staff were working really hard and trying to move through the orders as fast as they could but with more than 10 delivery drivers in there the whole time waiting for deliveries who were upset waiting for their deliveries I could see staff were under a lot of pressure. But they handled the situation and themselves well. Food was good and hot despite the pressure they faced.

Correct and fast service and attitude, professional staff. I read your reviews and I can't understand people who write bad comments. When food is prepared it takes time to be well prepared. When food is delivered it also takes time, the delivery people have no wings and no can fly. The same people write bad reviews for all food stores, pizza, kfc, mcdonalds and others. Always dissatisfied, always not served, always angry. The store can't close at 11.00 and you order food at 10 ,59 and expect that in 2 minutes it will be delivered to you, if you think it can, then you are a round idiot, and no one wants to communicate with IDIOTS

Sometimes the food is the freshest it can be though there were occasions where I found my food was raw or I didn't receive my direct order. Most times the staff are kind and professional. The little seating area is nice for a quick eat and greet with friends but not that great to line up next to if people are sitting there.
