Best coffee in town by far, whichever way you like your coffee just tell them and they’ll work with you to get your very best coffee experience. But the best bit is the staff and the owner (Dave) I think it’s Dave? 🤷🏻‍♀️🙈 he’s a really good employer and has proved throughout this pandemic that he cares about all of his staff. Great guy too, always chatty and engaging with customers. Callum is just amazing, please don’t ever leave! We chat about all sorts, his beautiful daughter and girlfriend 🥰 But this guy knows his coffee, he knows what to do if yours isn’t just right and takes the time to understand what you like. Even adjusts temperature if you’re going to drink 2 sometimes in less than an hour 🙈😂 All other staff are friendly and professional 🤩 The people who visit are great, I love the regulars 💛 the vibe is always friendly, funny, warm and welcoming, even on grey rainy days. Thank you all for brightening up my work days ☀️❤️

I've always had great service when I've visited because usually Callum from the Gravesend store give great service but last week I went their and he wasn't working it was two girls just chatting among their self's, one girl tried to serve me but the other girl called he back to finish her story. Worse service I've ever had at the Gravesend store.
