It takes a lot to take a call to feed over 70 people on a Tuesday night without prior warning. It takes a brave restaurant to take that order so close to their closing time. But take it they did, and within the hour, Brook and Robert from Pizza Express Lakeside had delivered the goods. Not only with exceptional speed but with accuracy to order and high quality, resulting in some very full happy people.

Had a lovely meal this evening , food was great and the service was excellent!
The waiter was really attentive and great with my son , he was chatting away to him and bought over the crayons so he could fill in his kids sheet.I asked his name as I was so pleased, his name was Logan , only a young man but it was evident that he takes pride in his work. Great service is hard to come by so when it does it should be praised! Well done pizza express lakeside .
One of the BEST. I was served by a lovely lady and the food came out hot and delicious. This branch is great and would highly recommend!!!
Staff, amazing and friendly. Answered all our questioned with a positive attitude. Was around 4pm and wasn't too busy.
For me the let down was the food felt ABIT bland. But overall would recommend.
We have been going to Pizza Express for as long as I can remember. But today deserved a review. Excellent food and fast service as usual. Special mention to Maddie the waitress who was the most helpful and considerate waitress my wife and I have ever encountered. A lovely person and nothing was too much trouble, she even saved us money by advising on a shared starter. If only all service was as good as this. One of the best Pizzas we have had at a Pizza express so kudos to the chef also.

Spicy giuseppe😍 and no that's not the name of the waiter LOL.. the pizza in here is so good..I almost forgot its been a long time since I stepped foot in a pizza express..as with everything its probably gone up in price since the last time I went..but the freshness of the I gredie ts alone is worth the money..didn't feel obese after eating it like most pizzas and the staff and restaurant itself were both very nice...can't wait to return😎
Nice & cozy atmosphere, good service and amazing food. Pizza was delicious I have ordered Romana BBQ Burnt Ends with extra prawns 😋 Definitely coming back!Great value!
