Not visited for a few months as it was a last option for a takeaway. Went in Monday as it was on my way home from work and was convenient, I'm so PLEASED I did!! I was the first customer as it had just opened.. was wandering if I'd be having the warm up afternoon chips. I got home and I had the best Chicken and chips I've ever eaten!! Chicken was better than KFC, chips were crunchy and fresh and to make things even better I could add batter scraps ❤️❤️❤️
So impressed with this place - my new go to chippy! Moved to the area 3 years ago and had been using another local chippy. It wasn't great. Everything here was fresh - chicken, chips, donner meat, and the double cheeseburger, wow! Bays have a new customer in me! 🍟
Been coming to bays ever since they opened. Would never go to another chippy the guys that run it are super nice and will always do the up most for the customers, never had a bad meal from here, an now that I've grown up there now great with my little one to just like when I was a kid, he loves the kids box great value. Always busy sign of a good place

Lovely staff, lovely fish, but chips are I agree awful, yet it is my local shop. Never had the heart to tell them. If they fried them in beef dripping would make a great chip. They are always soft and soggy and serve too many at a time.
Very friendly staff. Smells gorgeous as you are waiting. Very clean and tidy. Food is of the finest quality. Very impressed and have been a customer when I was young. 20 years+

Very good quality food especially fish and chips. Prices are a bit high but it is quality. If your searching for halal then this place only sell fish and chips in seperate oil the rest is all used in same oil. Nice family owned business.
Nice chip shop, decent food and friendly staff,for those who think its expensive maybe classic would be more suitable for them
