My brother and I popped in during a cycle ride. Gorgeous little courtyard.
Really kind staff and owner, and the food and coffee was of very high quality.
Well worth a visit
Lovely spot for afternoon coffee and cake. The courtyard is a bit of a sun trap. Coffee was excellent (smooth hot latte 1 shot & Americano). Always great homemade cake selection; mokka sponge- light and flavoursome; biscotti caramel slice (a twist on the millionaire shortbread) not too sweet. Always a great place to stop in Dorking.
Lovely coffee and pastry and a beautiful spot, a nice start to a Saturday morning.
One of the best cafés in Dorking. Coffee is excellent, food is always good (great quality bacon and sausages too), and the staff are lovely. Best of all, they have a great little sunny courtyard, tucked away off the High Street. A regular stop-off for us.
Hidden gem in Dorking. Tuck yourself away in a shaded courtyard and pretend you're on holiday in St Ives whilst you enjoy a sandwich or toastie. Great baristas and attention to detail mean the coffee is some of the best I've tasted in the area. The cafe is also in the process of expanding their gluten free offering which is great to see. Friendly staff rounds this out as a great little cafe experience!
Stopped here on a very wet Sunday and what a find! This place is run by a really lovely family who will definitely go the extra mile. We arrived just before closing so they were sold out of everything vegetarian, so they made me a cheese and chutney toastie which was GORGE. Just what I fancied on a miserable afternoon! The coffee was really lovely as well. Fantastic local business to support in these troubled times. We will be back to try some cake!
