My most recent food adventure took me off the beaten high street path, in pursuit of a relaxed, wholesome lunch that wouldn't have me emptying my wallet. What I found was a delightful surprise; tucked away in the Dunmow Leisure Centre, I discovered a charming independent café called Seedy Blenders.
Always such lovely food and so healthy!! Presented so well and the smoothies are delicious, such lovely atmosphere and LOVEE the owner Sandra always the best when i go here!!

I regularly eat some of the tastiest and healthy food, served by the mist attentive staff at Seedy Blenders, Dunmow Sports Center. Those little round crisps that accompany the wraps are addictive!

We came across this great little place and had a lovely lunch of Thai salad, we visited again a couple of days later and the lunch was lovely again. Really lovely owner who took the time to explain the concept of her healthy food. A great place really worth a visit
