Malvern McDonald’s don’t seem to have control of their ordering. We have ordered chicken selects and they never have the sauces in stock. Only found out when we got home. Had they have advised this at the point of order we would have chosen something else. We have also ordered chicken nuggets and got home to no sauce. Disappointing!
Staff were brilliant in the Malvern retail park. I had food fall out of the box, and they re-made this without hesitation (despite it being mainly my fault!) and gave us a certain McFlurry anyway, without it being on the monopoly deal! Nothing was too much trouble! Highly recommend this McDonald’s!
Really poor service. Aiden on drive through today doesn't know how to talk to people. Chips stone cold 40 mins waiting for order through drive thru. Unable to ring and complain as they have turned their phones off. Don't usually leave negative reviews but this is needed constantly missing items on order. Shocking today.
